Finding Your Best Ever Sleep with anatomē

To celebrate World Sleep Day we will be hosting a workshop and talk. Meet our founder, Brendan Murdock, and The Modern Apothecary co-author, Gabriel Weil, for a conversation on science, history, and the evolution of wellbeing.

Brendan will share the story behind the anatomē apothecary and the power of botanical oils for sleep and restoration. Gabriel will explore the science of restorative rest, bridging traditions with the future of wellness.

Spring Equinox - Breathwork & Breakfast with Mamma Wellbeing

Thursday 20th March, 8:30-9:15

A celebration of the astronomical seasonal change – welcoming spring. This guided breathwork session is a celebration of spring – an fresh awakening of nature and the self. We’ll be using the breath to invite air into the lungs, light into our hearts, and honouring nature with an altar. Join us to gently awaken the body and mind as we prepare for nature to bloom.

The 45 minute breathwork session concludes with a fresh light breakfast.
